This year we are also delighted to introduce the man who has taken over the reins as our sea angling product manager - Neil Mackellow. In recent years, Neil has been developing and using some of the most highly effi cient angling products available. He joins us after twenty years of tournament casting, twelve years of sea match leagues and five years as technical editor of Sea Angler. This experience has given him a unique understanding of what modern sea angling equipment is all about. Since retiring from competitive casting and fi shing, he has been teaching around the world and is currently the offi cial Coach to the Greek casting team. We are anxiously awaiting the first products from a man who has already been there and done it!
Greys has a large and faithful following, and with Neil's vast experience we are looking to develop loads more top quality tackle that meets the needs of UK and European sea anglers. Not just rods and reels, but all those little bits and pieces that every angler needs - and not forgetting our top notch clothing and luggage that makes a session on the beach that much more enjoyable. So why has Greys been so successful?
It may be because our product development is second to none. Every bit of Greys' tackle is painstakingly designed in the UK, utilising the very latest materials and technology. It may be that we then test each product it to the limit before we even think of bringing it to market. Or it just may be that our customers are as passionate about Greys as we are.
